About Me

Jeff Clauer is a tenured sales representative with over 15 years of telecommunications experience. Currently transitioning into a Business Development role for the Stringfellow Technology Group, from 2002 to 2009, he was a key member of XO Communications and has brought value to a variety of clients, including small and medium-sized companies, enterprises, national and government accounts.

He began his career with positions at MCI Communications that included Call Center Services, where he provided strategic planning and implementation of telecommunications applications for efficient workforce management, and as a Global Account Manager supporting some of MCI's largest customers.

Having experience ranging from IVR and call center development, to customer care, to various sales positions lends unique perspective into all aspects of a telecommunications organization. Combined with a desire to truly understand the customer's business, Jeff is able to offer insight and solutions that will have a positive impact.
