About My Business
Administrative Answer is an off-site administrative support services company. With over 30 years of experience assisting top-level executives, business owners and managers, I could be a reliable extension of your business. I am committed to providing my clients with executive level service and support without the executive expense. My goal is to partner with my clients and provide them with the support they need to focus on growing their business and become more profitable. How do I do that? By reducing their administrative costs. I provide top quality product and service without the added expense of payroll taxes, benefits, vacation and sick pay. Companies hire me when they need help with administrative and accounting tasks and my services are tax deductible to them.

Do You . . .

♦ Need an assistant, but don’t have the work space, equipment or enough work to employ an assistant full or part-time?
♦ Want to grow your business, but spend too much time on administrative tasks?
♦ Need an assistant, but don’t want the hassle or expense of supervision and training?
♦ Have an office emergency and need additional help with work loads?
♦ Has your staff been reduced due to maternity leaves, vacations or recent layoffs and downsizing?

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, you need an administrative assistant.

I offer my clients the flexibility they need. No project is too small. Whether a one-time project or projects requiring a few hours a week or month, I get the job done quickly and without the expense or hassle of hiring and training a traditional employee or using an expensive temp agency. There is no middle man to pay with me.

I am also known as an independent contractor, freelancer or “virtual” assistant. I work with clients all over the country. With today's technology (i.e. internet, emails, fax machines, overnight mail) this is very doable and something that is becoming a tremendous revolution. Whether your needs center on general or executive administrative, creative or accounting, I am able to support your business.

I am not a "traditional" employee. I usually work from my office, which is located in Franklin, instead of my clients, and I don't just work traditional 9-5 hours. I also work at night and on the weekends...whatever suits my client's needs. With that being said, I am available to come into your office and work...if that is something that you need.

I want my clients to be happy and will do whatever it takes to get the work done as quickly as possible and to their satisfaction. Since I depend on my clients for my income, their businesses sort of become my own, and I strive very hard to make them successful.

If you or anyone you know might have a need for my services or would like additional information, I would welcome an opportunity to discuss further.

Debbie -

I would like to find out more about what type of support services you offer, it may be that I can at least get you in front of some people. I love the video's posted on your page - there is nothing more powerful a person with a vision - I have been involved with startups off and on for the last 25 years or so and there is nothing that excites me more than than seeing the potential in an idea.....

All the Best,

You may email me: soartosuccess at earthlink.net. If by financial advisor you are referring to people who help you invest your money, that isn't me. My financial angle is to look at the debt structure, see if combining debt is beneficial, and look at what is working or not for the company. That may be a change in process, change in product or martket, or staffing issues. Look forward to hearing from you.
